Based on mine’s Study Timer. Improved with SwiftUI.

Installation (only MacOS)
- Download the latest release
- Move
Stopwatches.appin the Applications folder - Open
Stopwatches.app- You can open it by right-clicking on the file in the Applications folder and select Open
- If that does not work, try to open it normally, then go into System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General > Open Anyway
- Now you should be able to use the app
